AI literacy changed the game

What’s really happening inside one of Europe’s fastest-growing tech companies. You’ll hear how her team navigated a massive spike in hiring demand, and why technical skills alone won’t cut it anymore.

Why being “good at your job” isn’t enough anymore

Hostinger shipped two AI products in under eight weeks — no restructuring, no big planning cycles, no slowdown. That kind of speed doesn’t come from process. It comes from people.

What our learners say

Don’t take our word for granted, 200+ reviews by our global community on Trustpilot.

Highly practical and relevant. The program exceeded my expectations. Being able to work at my own pace while still having clear deadlines kept me motivated. The 1:1 mentoring sessions were incredibly valuable — my mentor helped me navigate real challenges I was facing at work.

Great learning experience. Coming from a non-technical background, I was worried I’d fall behind. But the structure and support here made everything accessible. I built my first AI-powered application within the first month and now lead AI initiatives at my company.

Worth every minute invested. The hands-on projects are what sets this apart from other courses. You don’t just watch videos — you actually build things. The community is fantastic too, with learners from all over the Baltics sharing ideas and collaborating.

Transformed my approach to work. As a manager in a UK tech firm, I needed to understand AI without becoming a developer. This program struck the perfect balance — technical enough to be credible, practical enough to apply immediately. I now confidently direct AI projects across my team.
