I'm a project manager at a construction company, and when I heard Turing College was launching Building with AI Agents, it felt like the obvious next step. I have many years of professional experience and I know that people who learn to build with AI will have the advantage over those who don't. I want to be the person my colleagues and my own family come to when they need to know how to do it properly. What I got was a structured way to plan, control, ship, and evaluate — enough to already build a tool that checks our product documentation for me instead of doing it by hand.

I was unemployed and job hunting when I found Turing College. The program was short, practical, and built for people who already know how to code — not beginners. I used a Bildungsgutschein to cover 100% of the tuition, and by the end of three months, I'd built a complete AI research assistant — a multi-agent system with a RAG pipeline, tool calls, and a production-ready interface. I came in as a data scientist. I came out as an AI engineer.

I lead a digital product team at an energy company, where security and risk management are critical. What I wanted from Building with AI was not just to create a working prototype, but to understand the security behind the code AI generates. Without a computer science background, I could build something that worked, but I could not confidently assess what was happening underneath. Now I have a completed first project, a much stronger understanding of secure AI-assisted development, and the confidence to identify where these tools can be used responsibly within the business.

Coming to Turing College was one of the best decisions of my career. The sprint structure and regular feedback gave me a repeatable way to build AI products. Over four sprints, I completed several projects and deployed one to production. Shortly after graduating, I joined Eurowings Digital (Lufthansa Group) as a Staff Engineer, where I will contribute to AI initiatives. I recommend the program for its structure, frequent feedback, and emphasis on completing projects.

As a neuroscientist, I joined Turing College while AI was changing how we learn and create. I appreciated the active learning, the difficult questions, and the discussions with peers and mentors who cared about the work. The course treated responsibility as part of the technical process: what we create, how we use it, and why it matters. That made the experience rigorous and meaningful. These reflections are my personal views, shared independently of any institution or authority.
