Kompass - up to 90% costs covered for solo self-employed

Who it’s for:

Solo self-employed (main source of income)

Active in the market at least 2 years

Max. 1 full-time equivalent employee

What’s covered:

Up to 90% of training cost, but no more than €4,500

Eligible courses: Training of at least 20 hours

Must be completed within 6 months

In England, your tuition can be fully funded through government and employer support, meaning you’ll never need to pay tuition or take out a loan. This funded training is delivered in partnership with Boom Training, a Turing College company and our government-approved provider.

Apprenticeship Levy - tuition fully covered by your employer’s Levy funds

Who it’s for:

You live or work in England

You’re employed 30+ hours per week

You work for a large employer (typically more than 75 employees), for example, supermarkets, restaurant chains, banks, or tech companies such as Morrisons, IKEA, Barclays, NHS, Vodafone, National Express, or Unilever

What’s covered:

100% of tuition and final assessment costs for our government-approved programmes:- AI for Business (Data Technician - Level 3 standard)- Data Analytics (Data Analyst - Level 4 standard)

Nationally recognised qualification upon completion

No personal expenses or student loans

Co-investment - 95% of tuition covered by the UK Government and up to 5% by your employer

Who it’s for:

You live or work in England

You’re employed by a small or medium-sized company (typically fewer than 75 employees)

If you’re 16–24, your training can be fully funded by the UK Government, with no cost to you or your employer!

What’s covered:

Up to 100% of tuition and end-point assessment costs for our government-approved apprenticeship programmes:- AI for Business (Data Technician - Level 3 standard)- Data Analytics (Data Analyst - Level 4 standard)

Nationally recognised qualification upon completion

No personal expenses or student loans

Levy Transfer - tuition fully covered by another company’s transferred Levy funds

Who it’s for:

You live or work in England

You’re employed by a smaller company (usually below 75 employees)

Your employer has partnered with a larger company willing to transfer its unused Levy funds to cover your training

If your employer doesn’t pay into the Apprenticeship Levy, we can help them apply for a transfer so your training stays free.
