The programme is designed to fit alongside a full-time role, with just 6 hours per week of guided learning. You’ll study online at your own pace while hitting clear milestones to stay on track.
From day one, you’ll have a personal tutor for monthly 1-to-1 sessions and access to dozens of industry mentors for support.
Stop wasting hours preparing reports. By dedicating 6 hours per week for this training, you’ll learn how to use AI tools to clean, organise, and visualise data in minutes, freeing up more time to focus on decisions.
Learn how to use AI with Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, Python and more. Build dashboards that make trends obvious and impress managers with clear insights that matter. You’ll practise with hands-on projects, each one reviewed 1:1 by a technical mentor with industry experience.
Earn a Level 3 Data Technician certificate (equivalent to 2 A-Levels) — worth £12,000 but fully funded by your employer. The skills you’ll gain open doors to promotions, progression, or advanced data analytics training.
Learning is delivered in modules and sprints, each focused on a specific skill. Through tutorials, projects, and live mentor feedback, you’ll build practical skills that help you work faster, make smarter decisions, and progress your career.
Strengthen your capabilities further with optional modules in Python programming, advanced data analysis and dashboard design. These modules expand your expertise and can shorten the training hours needed for the Level 4 Data Analyst programme, accelerating your future progression.
The programme concludes with an independent End Point Assessment (EPA). You’ll showcase your project portfolio and complete scenario-based tasks that prove your competence. By this stage, you’ll already have delivered measurable results in the workplace, so the EPA serves as formal recognition of your impact. Passing earns the nationally recognised Level 3 Data Technician qualification, validating your ability to analyse data, automate workflows and apply AI responsibly at work.
Our application process consists of three steps.
Get feedback from dozens of mentors from top global companies. Every project you complete is reviewed 1:1, giving you personalised, practical advice you can apply immediately in your role.
