We are here for you every step of the way - from learning with our innovative methodology to building a career in data science with our job placement program.
Our curriculums are co-created with tech companies who we partner with, who tell us specifically what they are looking for in new hires. Since we started in 2020, we have had 17 companies contribute to our learning concept, including Moody’s, Nord Security and Neurotechnology.
We teach current tech stacks and use specific problems companies have worked on as the basis for projects that students work to solve. These later turn into your project portfolios that help you get hired.
On graduation you'll get the Turing College Endorsement. This stamp of approval tells our Hiring Partners that you're a talent who is now ready to join their team and deliver great value.
We also help companies to define data science job positions and match them accurately with the skills they need. This helps us to ensure you get hired, and meet your salary expectations - we believe you should be earning a monthly net salary of €1,350 as a Junior Data Scientist, and we'll support you in achieving this.
LinkedIn’s Global Talent Trends 2019 report, 92% of talent professionals reported that soft skills are equally or more important to hire for than hard skills. And 89% said that when a new hire doesn’t work out, it’s because they lack critical soft skills.
Soft skills are essential to our hiring partners, especially when hiring a junior role. Thus, we focus on our learners’ time management, growth mindset, communication, and other interpersonal skills.
Six workshops elevate our learners’ soft skills awareness of each of these different skills. Then their progress is tracked throughout the course by having them fill research-based self-reflection questionnaires and during 1-on-1 meetings with mentors and feedback sessions with staff and STLs.
